Terms on Which You May Read and Use This Guide

These terms apply to everyone who reads the Blitzbet guide. They were last changed on 12 October 2026. By using the guide you accept them; if you do not, please stop reading. Nothing here limits the rights you hold as a consumer under the law of the United Kingdom.

The role of the guide

The guide is an independent editorial publication about the Blitzbet casino and sportsbook. It is not run by Blitzbet and cannot speak for Blitzbet, and it does not offer gambling, accept deposits, hold funds or open accounts. A reader who registers, deposits, plays or withdraws does so on the operator’s own site and under the operator’s own terms. Those terms decide what bonus applies, whether a withdrawal is paid and what happens to a balance. If the operator’s terms and the guide differ, the operator’s terms prevail for the money, and the guide should be corrected.

Who may use the guide

You must be 18 or over to use the guide’s pages about gambling. The guide is written for readers in the United Kingdom, and the pound figures assume a UK bank account or a UK card. Readers in other countries may read the Portuguese, German, French, Spanish, Polish and Dutch homepages, whose figures are given in euros or zlotys, and the same terms apply to them.

Information, not advice

Everything on the pages is general information. A worked example, such as a £100 deposit producing a £75 bonus and £3,000 of turnover, shows how the arithmetic runs on stated assumptions. It is not a forecast of what you will win, a recommendation to deposit or advice about your finances. Gambling can cost you the whole amount staked, and a bonus raises the amount that has to be played before money can be withdrawn. Nobody at the guide can assess whether a particular offer suits your circumstances.

Figures, rates and accuracy

Bonus conditions, payment limits and processing times are set by the operator and can change without notice. The guide publishes the values it has confirmed and, where it uses a pound amount, states the rate behind it: the figures in this edition use the European Central Bank reference rate of 9 October 2026, €1 = £0.84763. A different rate on the day of your payment produces a different pound amount, so the euro limit is the rule and the pound figure is a planning aid. A deposit of £21.19, exactly €25 at this rate, misses a €25 threshold if sterling weakens even slightly. We check every number with care, but we cannot promise that any page is current at the moment you read it, and you should not rely on a figure that conflicts with the operator’s current terms.

What you may do with the text

You may read the pages, print a copy for personal use and quote short extracts with a clear credit to the guide and a link to the page quoted. You may not copy complete pages onto another site, present our tables or worked examples as your own, remove the credit from a quotation, or use the guide’s name in a way that suggests we endorse a product. Automated copying of whole pages at volume needs the editors’ written permission, which is requested at [email protected].

How much counts as a short extract

Up to 100 words of running text, or a single row of a table, may be quoted with a credit and a link. A whole table, a full worked calculation such as the £100 deposit example, or a complete section needs permission. Screenshots of a page count as copying in the same way as pasted text, and a credit placed only in an image caption does not satisfy the requirement.

What you send us

If you send a correction or a question, you allow the editors to use the information in it to improve the guide, without a duty to credit you by name and without handing over any right in your personal data, which is covered by the privacy notice. Do not send us material that belongs to someone else, such as a screenshot of another person’s account, and black out the account number on any screenshot of your own.

Ownership

The text, tables, worked calculations and layout of the guide belong to its editors. The names Blitzbet, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Paysafecard, Visa, Mastercard and the game and provider names mentioned belong to their owners. They appear only to identify the services they describe and imply no partnership.

The guide links to the Blitzbet site, to payment providers and to help services such as GamCare. We choose links in good faith but do not control those sites or check their content on every visit, and we are not responsible for what they say or do. A link is not a recommendation to use the service, and a service’s own terms and privacy notice govern your dealings with it.

What the guide is not responsible for

We are responsible for losses that result from our own negligence in the way the law of England and Wales makes us answerable, and nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything the law does not allow to be excluded. Within those limits we are not liable for money lost by gambling, for a bonus that is not credited or is withdrawn by the operator, for a delayed or refused payout, for the closure of an account, for errors in figures that the operator changed after publication, or for harm from using a link. Our total liability to a reader for any one matter is limited to the amount that reader paid us, which for a free guide is nothing, except where the law requires otherwise.

Availability of the guide

The pages are provided as they are, without a promise of uninterrupted access. Maintenance, a hosting fault or an update may take a page offline for a time. We do not compensate readers for such interruptions. The deadlines that matter, such as the 3-day windows on the Wednesday spins and Friday reload, run on the operator’s clock, not on ours.

Your conduct

Do not use the guide to harass the editors, to send material that is unlawful, to attempt to damage or overload the site, or to pass off a message as coming from the guide. Do not send us a Blitzbet password, a card number or an identity document. The privacy notice explains why.

Suspension and changes

We may change, pause or remove a page without notice, for example when an operator changes a condition and the page can no longer be kept accurate. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Earlier versions are available from the editors on request.

If part of the terms does not apply

If a court finds that one provision cannot be enforced, the others remain in force. If the editors are slow to act on a breach, they have not waived their rights. These terms and the privacy notice together are the whole agreement between the reader and the guide about the use of its pages, and they replace any earlier version.

Complaints about the guide

A reader who believes a page is wrong, unfair or misleading should write to the editorial address with the page, the sentence and the reason. The editors acknowledge the complaint within five working days and reply on the substance within a month, correcting the page where the complaint is right. A complaint about how Blitzbet treated a bonus or payout has to go to Blitzbet, as the guide cannot reverse its decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. A consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live.

Reaching the editors

Questions about these terms, requests for permission to reproduce material and notices of errors go to [email protected]. The editors reply in English, normally within a few working days.
